Metrotile Lightweight Roofing’s Bond profile is available in two thicknesses, .410mm and .900mm with the latter being suitable for areas where vandalism is a concern in addition to extra resistance to rooftop foot traffic. Metrotile .410 profiles are suitable for the majority of standard rooftop applications.
Each Metal Roof Tile is the equivalent of eight conventional roof tiles and may be fixed from vertical right down to a 10° pitch; tiles are overlapped and then fixed, providing excellent strength and durability.

How many of the Metrotile Bond Tile are needed for a roof…
To work out how many you will need, simply calculate the square meterage of your roof by multiplying the length by the width in metres (L x W = M2), then multiply that square meterage using the guide above.
For example: if you have a 5 metre x 3 metre roof, then the equation would be 5 x 3 = 15 (meters squared), then 15 x 2.15 tiles (number of tiles per square meter required) = 32.25 rounded up to 33 (total number of tiles needed).*
